Terms and Conditions:


  • All estimates provided are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change upon further inspection or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any additional work required that is not included in the original estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.
  • Payment terms: For orders under £500 in labour we request the full payment at the time of booking. For orders over £500 in labour we allow for payment as follows - Full parts cost plus 50% of labour cost at time of booking & balance to be paid on the set completion date.
  • All equipment installed remains the property of the installer until full payment is received.
  • The installer is not responsible for any damage to existing structures or systems caused by the installation of the security system.
  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation of the security system.
  • Warranty terms: Our Labour warranty is as specified and manufacturers warranty is valid from the date of purchase by us, the installer. Generally most manufacturers offer 1-3 years depending on the manufacturer.
  • Any disputes arising from the installation or use of the security system will be governed by UK Law.
  • The customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions by accepting the estimate provided by the installer.


Terms of Service:



  • Services Provided: Repair and Installation of Security Systems, Equipment and also Property maintenance and refurbishment/redecorating services.
  • Service Fees: All service fees will be communicated to the customer upfront and agreed upon before any work begins. Additional charges may apply for parts replacement or additional services not included in the original estimate.
  • Scheduling: Repair appointments will be scheduled at a time convenient for the customer. Any changes to the appointment must be communicated to the company at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Warranty: All repair services are covered by a Labour warranty. This warranty covers the repair work performed and any parts replaced during the repair. The labour warranty for new installations is 1 year, retro-fit installations include a 3 month labour warranty and repair visits include a 1 month labour warranty which is limited to the areas, parts of the equipment we have worked on only.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair. Accepted payment methods include card, cash and BACS/Faster Payment. Failure to make payment may result in additional charges and collection efforts.
  • Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the security system and its issues. The customer must also provide access to the system for inspection and repair.
  • Liability: The repair company will not be liable for any damages to the security system or property resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper use, or unauthorized modifications made by the customer.
  • Termination of Services: The repair company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service if the customer violates these terms of service or engages in abusive behavior towards company employees.
  • Governing Law: These terms of service are governed by the UK Law.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By engaging the services of the repair company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms of service.
