What we offer & How to get a price
Callout charges and advice:
Our Callout charge inside of ULEZ & Congestion Zones £130
Our Callout charge outside of ULEZ & Congestion Zones £90
Emergency Out-Of-Hours Service for call-outs booked after 5:30pm and before 8:30am is charged at £150
*Callouts include upto 1 hour of labour for the purpose of diagnosis and/or repair of equipment on site. Most repair issues are resolved 1-2 visits. Additional hourly charges apply of £90 the same charges apply to our locksmith services
**Callout bookings cancelled with less than 24hr notice may still be charged for
New Installations & Retro-Fit Installations
We work with all main brand intercom systems such as Comelit, BPT, Urmet, Comelit, Videx and much more
A New installation is where we include all new cabling throughout the property for your installation & a Retro-Fit installation is where we utilise existing cables such as from an existing old intercom system.
New Installations include a 1 year labour warranty and Retro-Fit Installations include a 3 month labour warranty.
Most manufacturers parts are covered for 1-3 years depending on the manufacturer. Please check your specified parts for warranty timeframes which start from the date of purchase
